Bypass the snaps and get these straightforward pads instead. The fact is, cloth pads with wings and snaps shift. These cloth pads are meant to be used with a safety pin. The combination of flannel fabric on the underside plus the safety pin ensure the pad won’t slip around. Simply pin from the underside of the underwear through a couple of layers of pad. Safety pinning takes about the same amount of time as snapping, and it’s far more secure.
These are washable flannel pads in 3 sizes:
Liner 2.5 x 8 inch
3 layers of flannel
Regular 3 x 9 inch
4 layers of flannel, plus one protective upholstery fabric layer.
Heavy 3.5 x 10 inch
6 layers of flannel and one protective upholstery layer
The bottom of the thick pad is marked with a simple X so you know which side goes down.
Fabric pattern will vary as these are made from sustainably from upcycled but unused cotton flannel.
